Receive legal advice on a range of topics, including: 

  • Incorporation and business structuring
  • Contracts and agreements
  • Protecting your intellectual property (IP)
  • Navigating funding rounds
  • And other essential legal considerations for early-stage ventures

 

BOOK AN APPOINTMENT

Advance registration is encouraged to secure your 30-minute slot. Drop-ins are welcome if space is available, but registered attendees will be prioritized.

  • Wednesday, April 30 - 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM

DURATION: 30-45 minutes

WHO: All Arts & Science students, alumni, post-docs, faculty, staff and CfE co-workers are welcome 

COST: Free  

LOCATION: Centre for Entrepreneurship, Huddle Room (108 College St, 6th Floor) 

  • Please Note: This is a secure building. If you have registered for an appointment, please check in with security on the ground floor for 6th floor access. Drop-ins will be granted access based on session availability.
